Pet Policy

At The Paddock we love when residents bring their furry friends along with them! When thinking about bringing a pet on property please note these policies.

​

  • We allow cats & dogs only, exotic animals are not allowed.

  • 50 lb. weight limit on all pets.

  • Must provide recent pet vet records.

  • We do have a restricted aggressive breeds list. Please contact us for a full list.

  • $300 non-refundable pet fee

  • $30 per month pet rent
